Factory layout
The foundry began construction of its plant and procurement of equipment in May 2022 and officially started production on November 15. It currently employs 55 people. The total site area is approximately 12 mu, divided into a production workshop, warehouse, office area, and transportation and loading/unloading lanes.
Current Production Capacity
Currently, the workshop is equipped with one automatic casting line, two 1-ton medium-frequency induction furnaces, and one 250-kg medium-frequency induction furnace. It also has 42 core-making machines, 6 sandblasting machines, and various inspection devices such as spectrometers. The monthly average production capacity is planned to be around 400–500 tons, with an annual average production capacity of 6,000 tons.
Future Plans
This year, we expect to continue investing 25 million yuan to build a processing plant covering 2,500 square meters, acquire eight volute processing production lines, 20 core-suction machines, and inspection equipment such as three-coordinate measuring machines.
